She went on to work as a scout with Maria B. Campbell Associates, then moved on to become one of the founding agents at LJK Literary Management, then she worked at the Einstein Thompson Agency. She founded ELM in 2015, after having worked as a literary agent for over ten years.

Susanna Einstein Literary Agent is a native New Yorker and graduated with distinction from Northwestern University, then spent two years working in Chicago theater. She’s on the Board of Directors of the Association of Authors’ Representatives and is a member of the Women’s Media Group.
