Rick Christian Literary Agent was a literary agent with the Alive Literary Agency. He is no longer taking submissions. Book Agent Rick Christian graduated from Stanford University, where he studied creative writing and communications, in 1977. He also studied at Capernawray Bible School in England and the University of Southern California where he pursued graduate work in professional writing.

Rick Christian Literary Agent began his career in publishing as a columnist and newspaper reporter. Following that, he switched to magazine publishing. He was the associate editor of Campus Life magazine, executive editor of The Saturday Evening Post, and transitioned into executive leadership in book publishing. Rick Christian Literary Agent was the founder and president of Alive Literary Agency. He opened Alive Communications in Los Angeles in 1989. He moved operations to Colorado Springs in 1991. Along the way, Literary Agent Rick Christian wrote several books himself, including Alive, The Woodland Hills Tragedy, A Gift of Life, and Silent Night, which was adapted for the television series “Sue Thomas F.B.Eye.”
