She serves on the Yale Public Health board, and the UJA Executive Committee for Publishing. She is the co-chair of Project Lyme, a non-profit based in NYC that focuses on awareness, education, and advocacy.

Literary Agent Jennifer Weis was recently with St. Martin’s Press. There she was Executive Editor for three decades. She joined Ross Yoon this summer (2019) and has recently opened her own agency (2023). She brings to the table an ability to offer editorial guidance and development, and an advanced understanding and knowledge of the inner workings of publishing houses and the publishing landscape today.

In Literary Agent Jennifer Weis’s role as agent, her goal is to identify the stars of tomorrow and help place them at publishers where they can attract attention, shine and grow.
