At Fletcher & Company, Donald Lamm worked with clients who were leaders in their respective fields, covering a wide array of non-fiction subjects and genres.

Donald Lamm Literary Agent has been chair of the board of governors of the Yale University Press and a trustee of the Columbia University Press. He is currently a trustee of the University of California Press and of the School for Advanced Research in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where he resides. Literary Agent Donald Lamm is a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, an honor shared with only two other book publishers in the 230 years of the institution’s history, and vice president of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
