In 2011, Jennifer Azantian Literary Agent began her agenting career, first as an intern and then as an assistant and associate at the Sandra Dijkstra Literary Agency. In 2014, while working with senior agent and entertainment lawyer Paul Levine, she opened her own agency to specialize in speculative fiction.

Literary Agent Jennifer Azantian is particularly interested in books that explore underrepresented voices, meaningful human interactions against fantastic backdrops. She brings to her clients an editorial eye honed from reviewing thousands of projects, a passion for literature born of a writer’s heart, and contract knowledge empowered by guidance from her mentor Paul Levine. She visits conferences and conventions regularly, and has spoken at and provided critiques for WNBA-LA, ConDor Con, SCWC, GLAWS, Literary Orange, Cascade Writers’ Workshop, SCBWI,  and more.
